Maria Amelia Báez Zeller
Our executive chef & partner's passion for cuisine was instilled in her at a young age by her family, and at the age of 18 she left home to attend the renowned culinary school of Johnson & Wales, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management and Culinary Arts. Afterwards, she attended L’Ecole Lenôtre, in Paris, where she received four Specialty Degrees. In 2008 she became part of the kitchen team at the Mandarin Oriental in Brickell Key, where she helped run a top notch kitchen. In February 2013 she co-founded Forno Bravo, a modern trattoria with an innovative approach to traditional Italian gastronomy. In 2019 it opened in Wellington, Florida, as Piatto Bravo.

Eating pizza is amazing, but creating your own pizza is just special. Pick your favorite meats, cheeses, vegetables or any other topping from our menu. Bring your kids and let them create their own pizza and become Pizzaiolos themselves!
Made in Modena, Italy, our state-of-the-art wood-fired oven is equipped with a temperature control system and a rotating floor that ensures each pie is evenly cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of crisp all around. Buon Appetito!
